Terry Mason, M.D. is the Chief Operating Officer of the Cook County Department of Public Health, and former Chief Medical Officer for the Cook County Health and Hospitals System. His specialty is urology, and he discusses the overall health benefits of plant-based, vegan diets, as well we the links between diet, erectile dysfunction and heart disease.
