Since the release of 2015's "Embark" EP on Subliminal Groove Records, The Parallel has continued to bring progressive, cascading instrumentals to the fore with a unique and high-octane combination of resonating drums, intricate guitar work and heavy & emphatic metal vocals.

Expressive and emotive vocally, with an ambitious instrumental unit, The Parallel boast roots in both Canada and the US, with all of North America quickly getting a taste of the quintet's potential.

As well as US tours with Tragic Hero Records acts The Northern and Vesuvius, The Parallel has also lit up the UK Festival scene, with a set at Techfest, alongside the likes of Novelists & Betraying The Martyrs.

The Parallel is:
Luke Snider - Vocals
Brandon Kirwin - Guitar
Brett Cox - Guitar/Vocals
Ron Totman - Drums
