After a full day of wheeling at Adventure Off Road Park, Adam sat down with Richard McIntosh to talk about the Urban Rebel Rock Bouncer, the build process behind it, and what it was like seeing the buggy fully completed for the first time. Richard came into the off-road world from a background filled with Ferraris and Porsches. So when he decided to build an off-road buggy, he wasn’t looking for something average.

The Urban Rebel was built around:
* 700+ horsepower Mast Motorsports V8
* Turbo 400 transmission
* Crane 14-Bolt axles
* Crane Axle Magnum Knuckles
* race-proven drivetrain components
* custom metalwork and fabrication details

In this interview we discuss:
* the build process
* selecting components
* collaboration with the WOD team
* first impressions on the trail
* suspension performance
* future plans for the buggy
* and what makes a true high-end custom off-road build

This one turned out absolutely incredible and it was awesome hearing Richard’s thoughts after finally getting seat time in the buggy. Read more build specs and build photos: wideopendesign.com/blogs/custom-builds/the-urban-rebel-a-masterclass-in-collaboration
