Shaun Hutson is a writer of novels including horror novels and dark urban thrillers. Under his own name and various pen names, he has written at least thirty novels.

Hutson wrote the UK film novelisation of The Terminator, which was published in early 1985 in addition to more unfinished, unproduced film production screenplays.

Here, Shaun Hutson reveals some of the inspirations behind his dark, wild and crude novels.
