Okamoto Kitchen has been around since 2015, and since then, they've been catering to hungry anime fans across southern California.
Recently, they announced and funded their newest project: their anime series based on their real-life experiences in the food truck business as portrayed by their mascot, Haru-chan!
Okamoto Kitchen founder Gerald Abraham spoke to us exclusively about their Origins, upcoming projects, food, and future plans.
