Recently we interviewed Martin Fuchs, Creative Director of Planetarium Prague, about Europe's first LED dome installation. As part of the research process, Fuchs visited numerous LED dome installations before selecting their panel supplier. He notes that since virtually all LED panels are manufactured in China, the hardware differences are minimal - what truly matters is the software powering the system. The implications of this choice will be explored in next week's post.
