TADAA! This as the song that was tied with nico and the niners with last week for what I was gonna do but I'm glad I did it this week instead because the chorus and Joshua's beams fit too good.

I loved seeing Reaper Beat and him being carried off by Kariya. In fact the whole Kariya being suspicious scenes were great. No he's not at all in the edit this time but I just want to say. AS for Beat the bell dropping...it HURT.

SOTA AND NAO GIVING NEKU A PEP TALK ABOUT NOT BLAMING HIMSELF FOR SHIKI. I noticed they missed that last ep and was wondering if maybe they were going to put it back in this ep..AND THEY DID. Sota and Nao and Neku smiling :)))) YEAR OF THE DINA.

Also I really like how they've got Joshua just being a lot more threatening it feels like here. Like in the game with the sprite you're like 'ah he's smirking'. And then in the anime it's like 'that is 100% NOT a friendly smile'. And again, they've made his powers so pretty I love it.

speaking of threatening. 'like when you tried to kill Shiki' . WOAH. LOW BLOW. pretty sure I gasped.

I expect this is why they've had the Shiki disappearing flashback in like the past three episodes, to reiterate that Neku would have lost by now from it.

It's also nice seeing the visualisation from Joshua's phone on where the signal for Kitanji's plan....

Joshua did not look as excited and I wonder if that's to show that he's sortaaaa catching onto Mr. H having some plan. I do wonder if they'll actually confirm whether Josh knows about Mr. H's betrayal or not....

OKAY ALSO. I like how they showed Neku reflecting on his interactions with different people in the game when sitting with Nao and Sota....and THEN NEKU TALKING ABOUT SHIKI'S SMILE? HELLO? AM I OKAY? NO. IM ELEVATED TO THE HIGHER PLANE.

Joshua being like 'you've changed, that's fascinating' is also GREAT like he's been observing his proxy going in a direction he didn't expect but he's kinda ready to let it play out. especially with his convo about change with Mr. H last ep....good shit.

OH AND I CAN'T NOT MENTIONED THE SHIBUYA AND SHINJUKU UNDERGROUND DIFFERENCES. GOD DAMN. NEO REFERENCE. I CANNOT. I CAN'T WAIT AHHHHH.
