After UHNWomen's virtual International Women’s Day (IWD) event on March 8, 2023, many people asked for more. The panel moderated by Deb Matthews, former Ontario Deputy Premier and Health Minister, and a Board Member of UHN Foundation was a hit. Ms. Matthews led an honest, dynamic discussion with a powerhouse group of health care leaders: Dr. Heather Ross, Division Head, Cardiology, Peter Munk Cardiac Centre; Dr. Miyo Yamashita, President & CEO of The Princess Margaret Cancer Foundation; and Dr. Catherine Zahn, Ontario's Deputy Minister of Health.

We recently reconvened the panel to respond to audience questions left unanswered related to pay equity, intersectionality, and more. While there was no audience this time, the panel still had an engaging and insightful conversation.
