The course provides coaches with specialist dynamic coaching formats integrating Original New Code NLP with Emergent New Code NLP to work with clients to bring lasting change to their lives.
This module builds on the Classic Code NLP formats taught by Michael in Part One (4 – 8 May) or experienced at previous NLP courses for those taking this module on a stand-alone basis.
The basis of this course is NLP applied for coaching excellence and its foundation is John, Carmen, and Michael’s extensive experience in coaching and changework, and their esteemed reputation for bringing extraordinary results to their clients’ lives.
The Emergent New Code NLP patterning from John is a series of models developed from his most recent one-to-one coaching work with clients. These patterns are the most up-to-date work from John Grinder and will provide the attendees with a series of finely tuned tools for coaching with elegance and bringing extraordinary levels of change in their own lives and the lives of others.
Additionally, there is an online option for those who would prefer to study at home, please note the certification is different for those studying at home.
There are two parts to the programme, Part One is Emergent New Code NLP Training delivered by John, Carmen, and Michael on 10 – 17 May 2026, leading to certification as New Code NLP Practitioner for Coaching Excellence.
Part Two occurs in the 12 weeks after the course, where the coach takes part in an online coaching assessment observed by an NLP Academy evaluator leading to certification as an International NLP Coach.
To attend, you will already be certified as an NLP Practitioner (or equivalent) or have attended the NLP Academy Core Skills course. Most attendees have a goal to embark on a coaching career or will already be working in the helping professions and want to incorporate New Code NLP and the dynamic coaching framework that John, Carmen, and Michael have developed into their practices.
