The International Broadcasters formed in Stillwater OK in the late 70s. They went on hiatus when songwriter/bassist Bruce Henderson moved to Austin to attend school at UT. He quickly formed a band called The Fad with guitarist and fellow Oklahoman Tom Grula, then they imported friend and International Broadcasters drummer David Dage from Stillwater to record on the bands sole single. After the Fad broke up, Bruce went back up to Stillwater and recorded 5 songs with the International Broadcasters that appear on this fabulous 12" EP. Bruce and David later played in Standing Waves as well.
