An intermittent mechanism for low speeds, with a locking system. The input shaft moves a cam (orange) and also has an eccentric axle that moves the rack. The cam guides a follower (green), attached to a lever (yellow), wich moves the actuator (blue). The actuator will lock/unlock the output (red) and also engage/disengage the rack (grey).
