Hello to everyone ! This is a short MAP and I have high hopes for this little project !
Nightpelt/star is a truly underrated character that I appreciate a lot and I thought it would be interesting to show his POV on the events.
I know there is currently another Warriors MAP open with this song : a MAP about Mothwing and Hawkfrost that looks super promising ! I’m not trying to “steal” the song or idea or anything. I just think this song is cool and a script popped in my mind as I heard it so I decided to try and turn it into a MAP for there is so many talented people in this community, way much more talented that I am and that they could help me bring to life this script I have in my mind.
**RULES**
There’s a few *rules and guidelines* to respect however, to be sure to make this MAP a truly wonderful project. Many has been done before so I’m sure this community has a lot to share.
- This MAP is not first comes first serves ; I’m looking for some sort of artistic input in this. If you’re not chosen that doesn’t mean you’re not good enough, that just mean I cannot really picture your way of animating into this project.
- The deadline will be set once all parts have been taken but please don’t wait until it to start working on your part. I know there’s a lot going on in the parts so I won’t be too picky if you need more time but please show me a W.I.P (work in progress) and ask for an extension.
- Put effort in your part, please. This is supposed to be a very intense and atmospheric MAP to put empathy for Nightstar and basically because that’s great. There is a need to have complicated background and shading.
- Your part must be in 1920x1080 and HD. No watermarks, I’ll put them in the end. Also no logo visible from programs or anything. The code to prove you’ve red all the rules is saying who is your favorite background character in the serie (and why).
- Please follow carefully the script, character references and the background concepts. This is easier for the whole map to neatly flow together. Also I know there’s a lot of things written in the script but this is necessary for the animator to understand what the part intend to show. There’s times to times camera angles indications which are important too : a camera angle says a lot only by visual. If you don’t do it correctly I might ask you to redo your part. Of course, you’re free to try something if you have an idea for a particular scene and to show me a wip to see if I agree with it. I’m sure you can elle get a lot creative (:
