This album is all the work I've completed this year. Music has been slow for the past 2 years but early in 2024, I've had a massive breakthrough. I started making Chillsynth, Synthwave, Vaporwave. I was motivated ! Someone clicked and I was able to create 2 dozens wips. I ended up finishing a couples and then decided it was time to release again. So I focused on 10 tracks that would be part of an album/LP/EP, I wasn't sure at first.
I managed to create an adventure again within a specific setup; Space. I love Synthwave and all the variation of the genre. I needed an introduction for the Album but I realized, I already had one. I just needed to flip it ! Anyway, here's Babasmas's Journey to Outer Space !

This is the first track out from my experimentation of LoFi and modal composition. I have been learning for the past month and half, how to write chords, melody, and rythms.
Name doesnt mean the song is emotionless, but more that i was writing this as exercice to theory, without putting my own emotions in but more following a basic cooking recipe. In the future, ill go towards a more emotional music, inspired by my own life and experiences.
