Zede and Mallory discuss what interfacings are and what they do for garments. They explore commercially available interfacings and why these are so attractive to use. They also share that they seldom ever use these but still interface. So what do they use as interfacing? Zede’s go to interfacing is a medium weight cotton organdy. Mal and Zede use this for collar, cuffs, button plackets, waistbands, any garment area that needs extra structure and support.
