ok what. This spot seems like just some sort of spot in which you can gain tons of speed which is neither a pedro spot nor a subframe grinding spot. I managed to get to about 340 in this video, which is really just a video where i derp around with the spot for 8 minutes.

This is done by using a mid air kick to go under the guitar and get to the platform!

I collect the star Climb the Ruins in 3 a presses. The way this is done is building up a lot of speed by using C^ then doing a very high double jump, I do believe that with a little more speed it should be possible to jump straight to the star platform.
The A presses are as follows:
#1: To do a first frame wall kick
#2: To do a very high double jump
#3: To jump to the star platform

Now the amount of A presses in this level seems huge, and that is well because it is. This level has so few things to work with that saving A presses in this one is almost impossible. This is least amount of A presses Ive managed so far to reach the very top. 11 A presses in 13 seconds, too bad...
