Could the Intense Tazer be one of the biggest surprises of the 2026 eMTB Shootout?
After spending time aboard the latest Intense Tazer during our Tech Check feature, we couldn't wait to get it back on the trail for extended testing. With an all-new DCR suspension platform, aggressive pricing, and a fresh take on Intense's traditional ride character, this carbon trail eMTB arrived with plenty of promise.
What we didn't expect was just how much it would impress our test crew.
We headed to Santa Fe, New Mexico, to find out how the Intense Tazer stacked up against 15 of the best electric mountain bikes in our 2026 eMTB Shootout. Could it become one of the year's standout trail eMTBs?
