The raptors are out of the cage, and Intel takes its best shot at reclaiming CPU supremacy. For the first time since AMD original Ryzen chips, Intel has a pure core count advantage at the top of the stack. Combined with higher boost clocks on all of the Raptor Lake parts, Intel rises to the top of many of our benchmarks, including gaming. AMD isn't completely in the rearview mirror, but it has some ground to make up in many types of workloads.
