hey y'all! i have begun alternating my sunday livestreams between beg/int and int/adv! last sunday was this int/adv flow- if this is your first go at an int/adv class i want you to know the biggest differences:
1) i teach the combos faster
2) i don't go in depth on specific techniques or "how-to"'s for steps/positions.
3) there aren't really "more advanced" steps- just the pacing has shifted!
