Some clips of Insurgency Sandstorm PvE running with DirectX 12, which may lead to a great improvement in general performance (no huge FPS drops mainly).
In my case it runs much better now (you can compare with the clips with vanilla DirectX 11 setting here: youtube.com/watch?v=WEeheqgbpi0).
The main downside I noticed is that it seems to require more VRAM, so I had to low the graphical settings, or the FPS drops were replaced by huge stuttering of even a couple of seconds.
