To fix the dedicated server issue where you get
"For FCVAR_REPLICATED, ConVar must be defined in client and game .dlls (sv_radial_spam_delay_leaderfrac)
Parent cvar in server.dll not allowed (ins_bot_arousal_suppression_falloff)"

error do this.

The error you get in the dedicated server is fixed by doing 3 simple steps.
1. Delete metamod and source mod folders from addons folder
2. Open start dedicated bat and edit it with notepad delete -ip and add -insecure, and copy that line of parameters
3. Open smart steam launcher, drag srcds.exe, in appid put 237410 and create a shortcut of that. Click with right click properties in target add the parameters you copied before from the bat file. You will have to modify the map parameter deleting the quotation marks. Launch dedicated server from there. To connect now you just have to open the game open the console and type connect ip.of.the.pc
That's it.
