Four insurance villages will be held around the Tampa Bay area to give residents an opportunity to get help with filing claims relating to Hurricanes Milton and Helene.

Chief Financial Officer Jimmy Patronis announced that the Florida Department of Financial Services is hosting the villages in critical locations impacted by the storms.

The villages will launch on opening day and operate seven days a week after. Policyholders will be able to meet with their insurance carriers in person and work together to file claims.
