Learn how to set up your Intex C530 & C1000 Krystal Clear Filter Pump in 13 easy steps:
1. Attach the inlet strainer connector to the inlet hole from inside the pool, then screw on the pool inlet jet nozzle – 00:37
2. Connect the pool inlet air adapter into the upper hose connection – 00:46
3. Screw the air jet valve onto the inlet air – 00:54
4. Screw the strainer grid onto the strainer connector – 00:59
5. Insert strainer connector into the outlet hole – 01:06
6. Attach the inlet hose to the pool inlet air adapter – 01:10
7. Attach the other end of the inlet hose to the lower pump connection – 01:17
8. Attach the outlet hose to the lower protruding hose connection. Repeat for the other lower protruding hose connection – 01:21
9. Connect ends of outlet hoses to the hose T-joint, and then attach another hose to the end of the T-joint – 01:32
10. Connect outlet hose (the one coming out of the T-joint) to the upper pump connection – 01:46
11. Remove and replace filter cartridge – 01:57
12. Unscrew the air release valve, then close it again once water begins flowing – 02:22
13. Connect the GFCI plug into the power outlet and set timer dial – 02:30
