Would ya look at that.. new Institute EP out today on Anfi Fade Records. Yeah it's 12:30am now but we all know it's not a new day till it's bed time
It's rare that they play U.S. gigs these days, but I think they did an impromptu show mid last year, that MIGHT'VE been when they got together to record this
This one's pretty straight forward lyrically, not really beating around bush with what's being said and appropriately at that. Overall I think it picks up from their older stuff mostly with some touches of the sound on their previous LP. The blend sounds real good! Hearing some Crisis on the first one, & really loving that last song fr. The punk band plays a couple California shows before going on an Australian tour next month, hop out, grab one of these and listen to the whole dang thing
