3:30 Customize your own reverb settings

✔ Installation steps:
1. Download these these two files:
-Swell Folder drive.google.com/file/d/0BzrkBmFrntFUaTNBZXlvZzFiT28/view?usp=sharing&resourcekey=0-rrKxSR-WJ1cwzQGgG5-zDw
-SWS Extension bit.ly/1ZPsrxD

2. Go to Reaper
3. In the drop down menu, go to Options then "Show Reaper resource path”

4. Now move these files from the Swell Folder you just downloaded to the Reaper resource path you just opened:
-Drag “Swell.ReaperKeyMap” to the “Keymap” folder in Reaper
-Drag “01.RTrackTemplate” to the “Track Template” folder in Reaper

5. Install the SWS extension:
Mac: drag the reaper_sws_extension.dylib to the “User Plugin” folder in reaper.
Windows: Run the installation and find your reaper resource path.

6. Close and reopen Reaper
7. In the drop down menu, go to actions/ show action list
8. Click import
9. Go to the keymap folder and click the swell file that we just put there and click open.
10. In the filter of your actions list, type “swell”
11. Right click on your toolbar and click customize toolbar
12. Press “add” and find your swell action and press “select”
13. On the toolbar window, click save and close.
14. In the drop down menu, go to preferences and find the media tab.
15. In the “take FX tail length” box, type “2000” and press OK.

✔ How to use it:
1. Find the first vowel of the phrase and make a small selection.
2. Press the “swell button”

✔ How to customize your own reverb settings:
1. Right click on a blank space where the tracks are
2. Insert track from template and load the one named “01”
3. Open the FX of the track and tweak these reverb settings to your liking.
4. You can also delete ReaVerbate and use your own Reverb
5. Try to have dry 30%-40% dry signal OR 70-80% mix so the transition is smoother.
6. Right click on the track with your reverb settings and click on “save track as a track template”
7. Save it into the track templates folder and name it “01” and it is going to replace the old file.

**IF IT DOESN'T WORK**
1. Check all of the steps carefully!
2. Do not put your audio file too close to the beginning of the session since there is not going to be a space for the swell render.
3. Ask me in the comments, I will reply within few minutes!
