My Tech Fun | Installing X linear rail and MicroSwiss NG extruder on Ender-3 V2 @MyTechFun | Uploaded March 2023 | Updated October 2024, 2 hours ago.
Few months ago I installed linear rails on Ender-3 V2 but only on Y and Z axis. On X axis an earlier installed MicroSwiss extruder can be used only with V-slot wheels. But new NG extruder can be bought in variant which can be used with linear rails too. Additionally, this extruder has the gear ratio 3:1 and very small pulley-hotend distance, which makes it great extruder for 3D printing with flexible filaments.
