Basic instruction on how to install Free Octane render in Lightwave 3D.

STEP 1: Get Octane for FREE here:

STEP 2: UPdate your Graphic card drivers.

Step 3: Drag and drop the Octane plugin folder into
C:\Program Files\NewTek\LightWave_2020.0.3\support\plugins

Step 4: Open Lightwave and add the CFG, which will add a new tab.

Step 5: Make sure you have a free Otoy account.

Step 6: Updated the Cuda drivers, when you go to enable Octane it will ask you to install them if needed.

Step 7: Enable Octane - Under the new Octane tab.

Step 8: Open Octane IPR

Step 9: Remember, the force is with you........always.
