Learn how to install Kali Linux 2026.2 on Windows 11 using WSL2. In this tutorial, I’ll show you how to set up Kali Linux, install the Win-KeX graphical desktop, access Windows files from Kali, install Kali tools and Linux applications, and run a complete Kali Linux GUI directly inside Windows 11.
This method is ideal if you want to use Kali Linux on Windows 11 without a virtual machine while keeping Windows running normally in the background.

Commands used in this video:
Install WSL:
wsl --install --no-distribution
View available Linux distributions:
wsl --list --online
Install Kali Linux:
wsl --install -d kali-linux
Install Win-KeX:
sudo apt install -y kali-win-kex
Launch Kali Linux GUI:
kex --win -s
