What you will need:

A jailbroken device running iOS 6 that has Cydia installed.
Thats it!
Step 1-
Open up Cydia and head to (Manage- Sources - Edit - Add)
Step 2-
Add the source repo.siriport.ru
Step 3-
Download SiriPort (original) iOS 6
Step 4-
Once your device has rebooted head into settings and find the SiriPort.Ru Original option. Select this option and choose the Install Certificate to install the the verification certificate and enable Siri.
Done!
