Story behind this video:
I ran into Syesha during a day when I was mostly feeling down, confused, and looking for answers as to what's going on in my personal life. She blessed me with her random act of kindness by giving me hope that I'm heard, seen, and loved. She does this to as many people as she can throughout the city. Not to give anything in return, but because it's her passion and it gives her great joy to help others.
With (seemingly) everything taken away from her, she decided expressing herself through her art is how to find peace in the situation she is in.

A movie I highly recommend: The Gospel According to Matthew (starring a very animated and engaging acting performance by Bruce Marchiano, who plays Jesus). This is a word-for-word adaptation that has a unique take on the body language and charisma of Jesus, and also makes it easier to understand and quicker to read the story. I am hopeful that this movie gives you peace, love, hope, security, comfort, and answers, as it did me, and continues to do to this day. God bless you.
