Which stage of the real estate cycle are we currently in? I go through all the phases of the real estate cycle to pinpoint exactly where we are in our currently cycle and it's not on the way up. I also go through statistics and data from across Canada from April to see how the different regions are fairing including Victoria, Vancouver, Fraser Valley, Edmonton, Calgary, Toronto, GTA, Hamilton, Ottawa and the rest of Ontario, Quebec, Montreal and everywhere else where the numbers were reported.
