KUTV) A West Jordan woman is the first Utahan to undergo a high-tech eye surgery that is allowing her to see again for the first time in 35 years.

Sandy England, 70, had a special surgery in Minnesota at the University of Minnesota’s School of Ophthalmology in June that turned her left eye into a bionic eye.
