SALT LAKE CITY (KUTV) — A Salt Lake woman is fulfilling her dream of making people happy through custom-built gingerbread houses.

Brenda Nibley owns GingerGiddy bakery, a perfect name for this baker with an infectious laugh and love for gingerbread.

"Gingerbread can change lives, don't you think?" Nibley laughed.
