In this video, I collect the Moon "Inside the Stone Cage" with 0x A Presses and 2 Cappy throws. I mainly just walk to where the Moon is, but at one part I need to ledge grab onto a ledge by falling of a lower platform. From there I just run up to the Stairs, roll onto them, and use Cappy twice to get up to the higher Platform. I couldn't find a way to get up the platform with only 1 Cappy throw, but I am pretty sure that there is a way to do it. So now that we're on the higher Platform, I just drop off the ledge, turn around while falling, ground pound the staircase and roll boost in the middle of it going down to get to the Moon. This is probably the hardest Part to do, but you'll get it eventually. And that's all you need to do for this Moon.
