Irving Farm has coffee shops across New York City, but their roasting facility is located in Millerton, NY, a few hours away. I went to their roastery to check out the setup and got this great tour from Head Roaster Jared. Their roastery boasts 3 roasting machines (Loring S70, 12 kilo Probat, and Diedrich CR60), a quiet QC lab, efficient packaging, and thoughtful schedule for employees.
