An American Abroad is a mockumentary-style romantic comedy following Marcia (as herself), a free-spirited travel show host, and her more grounded boyfriend, Arnold, as they journey across continents in a whirlwind of unexpected adventures.
Love, culture clashes, and personal reinvention collide as they leap from Amsterdam to Greece, Istanbul to Cape Town, wine country in France to safari wilderness in Africa — encountering psychic readings, shark dives, wine tastings, and wild escapades along the way.
