When you mix a bottle, getting the ratio right really matters.

Osmolality isn’t a common word, but the idea is actually simple. It’s a way for scientists to check that baby formula has just the right concentration once it’s mixed in the bottle. Not too strong, not too diluted.

Our scientists check to ensure that once the formula is rehydrated in baby’s bottle, it’s in “the Goldilocks zone”. Think of it like a hydrated sponge. Water can flow in and out, and your baby receives the nutrition and hydration they need.
