- Lower warm up (leg swings and glue kickbacks)
- Squats 3x6 @ 155lbs
- 2x10 115lbs
- Dumb bell romanian deadlifts
- superset sumo kettle bell squats
- 4x12 for each
- Kettle bell Swings 3x10
- Walking lunges 3x10
- Glute abductor machine 2x25
- Banded glue bridges 2x15
- superset single leg glute bridges (just til failure)
