This area of Trans-Baikal region was removed from maps by the Soviet Union and kept top secret for years. My friends and I decided to head to head to this region to find Siberia's most extraordianry natural phenomenon. Our journey will takes us across the Kodar Mountain Range. It was one of the last major mountain ranges in Russia to be explored and mapped due to its isolation and lack of access. Steep mountain passes, fast, icy rivers, frequent weather changes and wildlife that includes reindeer, wolves and, of course, brown bears. Looks like we’re in for one serious hike...
