This time, I opened a 2N3439 NPN transistor. Unfortunately, I could not find an appropriate drawing, but the revealed parts are probably the emitter and the base and the collector is buried. The silicon die looked a bit dirty, but the speckles looked like some defects on the die itself instead of dirt or contamination.
