We're off to Kyoto to the House of KI NO BI, the home of one of Japan's top award winning craft gins, KI NO BI Kyoto Dry Gin. I've been very lucky to visit here for several years now and to celebrate their 5 year anniversary, the team have invited me down to host a live show inside their brand home! We'll be tasting five original cocktails, taking a look inside and hearing from the co-founder of The Kyoto Distillery, David Croll, on what it takes to start a distillery in Japan and answering questions from you guys, in what promises to be an exciting evening.
