I said we are working on some new spaces (outside of my house) in 2025... so let's get started by touring my boyfriend Matt's amazing loft apartment! This 1930 grocery building was converted to condos in the late nineties so it has so many cool features... and some areas that need a little work. We are already getting started on some projects in this space, but let me give you a little tour so we know what we are working with.
