Every year, around a million pilgrims brave the sweltering Andalusian sun and dusty countryside to reach the small village of El Rocío, where devotion to the Virgin Mary takes center stage. We follow Emilia, a 25-year-old nurse, as she joins the journey, experiencing firsthand the passion and spiritual intensity of this unique pilgrimage.
