The Coachella Valley is full of some of the richest towns in the world. But living between them are thousands of working-class people who trim the lawns, clean the windows, and fix the cars. We wanted to know how that group felt about their ultra-rich neighbors and the state of America at large, so we drove through the Coachella Valley asking about the American Dream.
