With private access to the sea, the property sits on a 3.600m2 plot at the water’s edge of the gated luxury residential community Vista Alegre, only 15 minutes from the international airport and a short drive from the renown South coast beaches Cala Jondal and Es Cubells. The community offers private access to Es Torrent beach and restaurant. All shops and amenities can be found in the near by town of Sant Josep. The community offers security 24/7.
The house was designed to maximize comfort and create an easy going lifestyle throughout the property in a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere as well as reach luxury standards in a sophisticated and discreet fashion.
