Ingredients
Camembert - cut into burger size wheels
Flour
Eggs
Panko breadcrumbs

Cranberry Sauce
Cranberries
Star anise
Chilli
Sugar
Port

Brussel sprout Kimchi
½ 25 – 30 brussel sprouts sliced thick
3 tbsps salt
6 tbsps rice wine vinegar
1 tbsp caster sugar
1 spring onion, roughly chopped on the diagonal
1 tbsp siracha hot sauce
1 3cm thumb of ginger
3 cloves of garlic
