Here's Hurricane at Fun Spot America in Kissimmee, Florida. Here I show you two clips I recorded where it did test runs in 80 degree weather. I also got the fortune to experience it like that with people on it and it is absolute bonkers. Keep in mind it is very rare to keep it open when the weather is like that. Hence why I think hypothetically, it is not always open in these circumstances.
