Not all saunas work the same way.

A wet sauna helps you sweat and mainly clears toxins from the surface of your skin.

An infrared sauna goes deeper. It uses light that can penetrate the body and may support detox at a cellular level through the bloodstream and lymphatic system.

One simple but important tip:

Donโ€™t rush into a cold shower straight after.

Let your body keep sweating for a while - take a walk, stay warm, and only cool down once sweating naturally stops.

Why?
Because stopping too early may interrupt the detox process.

Small details can make a big difference to how your body responds.
