A lot of paranormal groups seem to be making themselves a bit of money by selling ghost hunting equipment. Good for them. I have no issue with that. It's not in their best interest to make it widely known that they are making and selling extremely simple circuits, costing very little to make, and they are selling them for somewhat insulting prices. Like the mostly empty box here. Of the "Full spectrum" cameras that are simply made by ripping out a single filter. Or the many devices that are bought in bulk as clearance items or discontinued products, then sold at a huge mark-up whether they have been in any way modified or not.
It seems that ghost hunting is an expensive hobby, and some of these groups have found a way to fund it. I'm not saying they are doing so dishonestly, though...take a look at the Kii industries "safe-range" meter. Then take a look at the "Kii ghost hunting gadget with flashing LEDs!!" Exactly the same product except much more expensive, now that people are trying to use it to find ghosts. I guess, in this series I'll include the information the ghost hunting equipment peddlers want to keep away from the masses. If only to stir things up for my own amusement :D - Mellowb1rd
