Scary micro-optimization video. If you do this you can't get an autosave after exiting out of the menu ruining your save deletion, so I think this is overall the best+fastest way to do save deletion. For the reload thing to work you either have to have your console closed or the textbox for the console needs to be active for whatever weird reason. Plus as mentioned in the video it needs to be bound to an F-key, I have it on F1 for example.
