December 17, 2024 - Panelists from ASHG and NHGRI provide an informational webinar for prospective Post-Baccalaureate Genomics Analyst Fellowship program applicants.

The program is for recent college graduates to gain exposure to and training for multiple career paths that advance public service in human genetics and genomics. Training will focus on services for the public benefit, especially those provided by governmental and nonprofit organizations. Fellows will work either at NHGRI in the institute’s Extramural Research Program focusing on scientific program and grants management or at ASHG, exploring the variety of work that ASHG does to advance genetics and genomics research, literacy, public policy and workforce development. This fellowship is ideal for applicants seeking a two-year appointment prior to enrolling in graduate or professional school. The webinar concludes with a Q&A session.
